Curevo is a marketplace connecting patients with independent medical providers. We are not a hospital and do not practice medicine.

Information on Curevo is for educational and booking purposes. Always seek professional medical advice before treatment decisions.

Quotes and prices are provided by centers and may change before confirmation. Your contract for care is with the provider, not Curevo.

You are responsible for accurate information in inquiries and for travel documents, insurance, and compliance with local laws.

Providers must maintain valid licenses, accurate listings, and timely responses to inquiries. Misrepresentation may result in suspension.

Subscription fees and marketplace commission rates are disclosed at onboarding and on the Pricing page. Commission applies to completed bookings per your plan.

Providers grant Curevo a license to display submitted content (photos, descriptions, prices) for marketing the marketplace.

Payments may be processed by third parties (Stripe, Razorpay). Curevo is not liable for processor outages.

Refund and cancellation policies are set by providers and shown in quotes/booking confirmations. Curevo may facilitate disputes but does not guarantee outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curevo is not liable for medical outcomes, provider negligence, travel disruptions, or indirect damages.

Our total liability for platform-related claims is limited to fees you paid to Curevo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
