Curevo Health Technologies (“Curevo,” “we”) operates curevo.in and related services. This policy explains what data we collect when you search, book, or join as a provider, and how we use it.

We design our platform to meet healthcare privacy expectations. Where applicable, we act as a data processor for partner hospitals that deliver your care.

Account data: name, email, phone, country, and language preferences.

Booking data: treatment interest, medical summaries you choose to share, quotes, payments metadata (not full card numbers — handled by Stripe/Razorpay).

Provider data: credentials, licenses, center accreditations, and documents submitted during onboarding.

Usage data: pages viewed, search filters, device type, and cookies for analytics and session security.

To match you with centers, coordinate travel, process bookings, and provide customer support.

To verify provider credentials and maintain marketplace trust and safety.

To improve AI features (with anonymized or consented data where required by law).

We do not sell personal health information to advertisers.

We share necessary details with centers and doctors you engage with, payment processors, cloud hosts, and support tools bound by confidentiality agreements.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety and fraud prevention.

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data. Contact privacy@curevo.in.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Core service emails related to active bookings may still be sent.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method is 100% secure; report concerns to security@curevo.in.

We retain data as long as needed for bookings, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize per our retention schedule.
